Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort has launched “The Local Culinary Heritage of Bangladesh 2026”, a buffet dinner featuring traditional Bangladeshi dishes at its Grandiose Restaurant. The inaugural ceremony was held on Wednesday, at Grand Summit-2, Level 6.
The buffet is priced at Tk5,999 net per person. An offer of up to Buy 1 Get 4 is available for selected bank cardholders. Dhaka Regency Premier Club members will receive special privileges, and group discounts are available.
The menu includes biryani, choijhal gosht, shatkora chicken, koi paturi, Hilsa Paturi, Bhuna Khichuri and Shorshe Ilish, prepared with traditional ingredients and regional cooking techniques, said a press release on Thursday.
Bangladesh Travel and Tourism Council President and The Bangladesh Monitor Founder and Editor Kazi Wahidul Alam attended the inauguration as special guest.
Dhaka Regency Managing Director (Current In-Charge) Mizanur Rahman Siddiquee, Director of Sales and Marketing MD Mahmud Hassan and Assistant Manager, PR and Communication, Dewan Farhana Masuk Era attended, along with guests and partners.
