Delta Life Insurance has recognised 21 female employees with medals and certificates for their outstanding contributions at the field level, while five employees received long-service recognition awards at the 7th Women Employees Conference 2026.
Approximately 400 successful female employees from across Bangladesh, who qualified through a competitive selection process, participated in the conference held on Tuesday at Modern Green City Park and Resort, said a press release.
Executive Committee Chairperson Adeeba Rahman attended as chief guest. Chief Executive Officer Uttam Kumar Sadhu presided over the programme.
Deputy Managing Director Anwarul Haque, Deputy Managing Director and CFO Milton Bepari, Additional Managing Director Afrin Haque, and Executive Vice President Farhad Jalil were present along with senior officials.
The conference featured success stories shared by female employees and introduced a “Haat Bazar”, where employees displayed products they had made themselves, alongside famous foods and locally produced goods from their respective regions.
The programme concluded with a cultural event and raffle draw.
