DBH Finance proposes 15% cash dividend for 2025

DBH Finance PLC has proposed a 15 per cent cash dividend for the year ended 31 December 2025 after posting Tk95.15 crore in net profit, the company said on Tuesday.

The dividend recommendation came after a recent board meeting and is subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 29 June.

The non-bank financial institution reported earnings per share of Tk4.69 for 2025, compared with Tk4.97 a year earlier, while net asset value per share rose to Tk49.55 from Tk46.33.

DBH said its capital adequacy ratio stood at 30.73 per cent at the end of December 2025, while return on equity was 9.8 per cent.

Founded in 1996, the company said it has disbursed more than Tk17,600 crore in home loans to over 63,000 families over the past three decades.

Through its 17 branches nationwide, DBH provides conventional home loans, Islamic housing finance and affordable housing loans, while mobilising both conventional and mudaraba deposits from retail and corporate clients.

The company said its non-performing loan ratio has remained below 1 per cent since inception, helping it maintain AAA credit rating status for 20 consecutive years.
