Md Rakibul Hasan, officer-in-charge (OC) of Cantonment Police Station, has been closed and attached to the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Headquarters for administrative reasons.
An order signed by DMP Police Commissioner Mosleh Uddin Ahmed has been issued on Thursday.
The attachment came into immediate effect, according to the order.
