BCB President Md Aminul Islam Bulbul made that point clear. He said, “The appointment of a distinguished sports figure like Aminul Haque as State Minister for Youth & Sports is a significant step for Bangladesh.”
Bulbul stressed the value of lived experience. He added, “Having led the national football team with pride, he understands the realities, challenges and aspirations of athletes firsthand.”

Bulbul also underlined future cooperation. He said, “The BCB reaffirms its commitment to working closely with the new State Minister and the Ministry of Youth & Sports in promoting and strengthening sports at all levels, ensuring continued progress and opportunity for athletes across Bangladesh.”
