bti has launched Hillside Haven, a residential project in Chattogram’s North Khulshi Housing Society featuring smart home technology, contemporary architecture and functional layouts designed to maximise natural light and cross-ventilation.
The project offers residents views of the North Khulshi hills from various points, including living rooms, while meeting homebuyer expectations for long-term value, optimised design, lifestyle and security. The development aims to combine modern amenities with the natural setting of one of the city’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.
bti intends to introduce the latest smart home technology and a luxury standard of living through the project, according to a press release on Saturday.
