Bengal Islami Life Insurance Limited and BRAC Healthcare Limited have entered a corporate agreement to enhance health service facilities for the insurer’s Health Takaful customers. The signing ceremony was held at the Bengal Islami Life Insurance Head Office in Moti heel.
The partnership grants Health Takaful customers exclusive healthcare services and discounted facilities across all BRAC Healthcare branches, including Mirpur, Uttara, Siddheshwari, and Gulshan/Badda, said the press release. Proposed customers seeking new Takaful policies will also have access to Full Medical Reports (FMR) through BRAC Healthcare’s facilities.
The agreement was signed by M M Monirul Alam, Chief Executive Officer of Bengal Islami Life Insurance Limited, and Dr. Toufiqul Hasan Siddiqui, Head of Healthcare Enterprise at BRAC Healthcare Limited.
The accord extends benefits to all company employees, existing Takaful customers, and their family members, who will gain access to video consultations with BRAC Healthcare’s Family Physicians, specialist doctor consultations, and medical check-ups under special privileges.
Senior officials from both organizations were present at the signing. Representing Bengal Islami Life Insurance Ltd. were Mohammed Alamgir Kabir, Chief Operating Officer, and Md. Anisur Rahman Sumon, Senior Vice President and Head of Claims & Hospital Network. Attending from BRAC HealthCare Ltd were Md Rokonuzzaman, Sales Manager, Business Development & Partnership; Md Maidul Haque, Center Manager (Siddheshwari); and A.K.M. Moinuddin Shah, Deputy Manager.
