BRAC Bank has recognised one officer and one branch as top performers in its Customer Experience Survey 2025, based on assessments across 44 branches in three zones, the bank said in a statement on Monday.
The survey, conducted in Dhaka, Chattogram and Sylhet zones, evaluated service quality, professionalism, operational efficiency, branch environment and overall customer engagement, according to the statement
Fakhrul Islam Prince of Moulvibazar Branch was named Best Customer Service Officer 2025 after securing the highest scores in service delivery, product knowledge, responsiveness and proactive customer engagement.
Uttara Jashimuddin Avenue Branch was declared Best Branch Overall 2025 for achieving the highest aggregate score among all surveyed outlets.
The branch is led by Branch Manager Zahedul Matin and was assessed on branch ambience, customer handling, queue management, operational efficiency and overall service environment.
The bank said both winners demonstrated service standards aligned with its SHARP0 framework, which emphasises discipline, professionalism and customer satisfaction.
