BRAC Bank’s corporate internet banking platform CORPnet recorded its highest-ever monthly transaction volume in June 2026, processing nearly Tk30,000 crore as businesses increasingly embraced digital transaction banking.
CORPnet processed more than Tk143,000 crore in transactions during the first six months of 2026, up 40 per cent from Tk102,000 crore during the same period last year, said a press release on Sunday.
Digital channels accounted for 80 per cent of BRAC Bank’s corporate transactions during the first half of 2026, compared with 74 per cent a year earlier.
The number of corporate client groups using CORPnet increased by 40 per cent year on year, while the total number of transactions rose 43 per cent to 5.24 million during the first six months of the year.
The platform recently introduced features including A-Challan, A4 Cheque Printing and Pay Order Issuance.
It also enables corporate clients to pay Titas utility bills digitally in real time. Its collection solution through Virtual Accounts recorded 20 per cent year-on-year growth in collection volume during the first half of 2026.
Additional Managing Director and Head of Wholesale Banking at BRAC Bank Md Shaheen Iqbal, said the record transaction volume reflected growing business adoption of digital banking for day-to-day financial operations.
CORPnet enables businesses to manage payments, collections, liquidity and other banking transactions through a digital interface. It forms part of BRAC Bank’s digital transaction banking strategy for corporate customers, the press release added.
