SBAC Bank Investment Limited will provide panel brokerage services and invest in Investit Growth Fund under an agreement signed with Investit Asset Management Company Limited on Monday at the bank’s head office in Motijheel, Dhaka.
SBAC Bank Investment Ltd Managing Director and CEO S M Nashir Uddin and Investit Asset Management Company Ltd Managing Director and CEO Mohammad Emran Hasan signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations, said a press release.
SBAC Bank PLC Managing Director S M Mainul Kabir was present at the event.
SBAC Bank PLC Additional Managing Director Abdul Quaium Chowdhury, SBAC Bank PLC Deputy Managing Director Md Altaf Hossain Bhuyan, SBAC Bank PLC SEVP and Head of Credit Administration Division Md Abdul Mannan, SBAC Bank PLC SVP and Head of Treasury Dewan Arifur Rahman and other senior officials of both organisations attended the ceremony.
