BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has inaugurated a separate election office for conducting electoral activities on the occasion of the upcoming Thirteenth National Parliament Election.
On Saturday evening, he inaugurated the office by cutting a ribbon at house number 10/C on Road No. 90 in Gulshan, Dhaka.
During the inauguration of the office, BNP Secretary General was accompanied by party Standing Committee member Selima Rahman, Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, and other leaders of the election steering committee.
After the inauguration of the election office, party Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi spoke with journalists. He said, in view of the upcoming Thirteenth National Parliament Election, all activities of the electoral steering committee formed by BNP will be conducted from this office.
Rizvi further informed that a call center has also been opened here for the convenience of conducting electoral activities. He said, “Conducting a national election is a complex task. This separate office has been taken primarily with the aim of completing that process smoothly.”
