BNP has announced a 56-member media committee for the Dhaka-17 constituency to bolster the election activities of party Chairman Tarique Rahman.
The committee was approved and announced on Saturday under the joint signatures of BNP leader Abdus Salam, the chief coordinator of Dhaka-17 election activities, and Joint Coordinator Forhad Halim Donar.
According to the announcement, prominent journalist Mostafa Kamal Majumder has been appointed as the convener, while Zahidul Islam Rony will serve as the member secretary of the committee.
The committee includes a total of 54 members who are expected to play a crucial role in field-level election campaigning, media coordination, social media management, and the dissemination of information.
Relevant officials expressed optimism that this new media committee will be active in effectively delivering the BNP’s electoral message to the people of the Dhaka-17 constituency.
