Kane restores England’s two-goal cushion from the penalty spot in the 60th minute after Mexico goalkeeper Raul Rangel fouls Anthony Gordon. Raul Jimenez pulls Mexico back within one from another penalty in the 69th minute, awarded after a VAR review confirms a foul by Kane on Brian Gutierrez.
England hold on for the remainder of the match to seal a 3-2 win. They now face Norway in the quarter-finals in Miami on Saturday.
