The Bangladesh U-23 football team will take on Singapore in their final Group C match of the AFC U-23 Asian Cup qualifiers at the Phu Tho Provincial Stadium in Vietnam on Tuesday. The match is scheduled to kick off at 3 pm Bangladesh time.
Bangladesh have already been eliminated from the group stage after losing their first two matches. They began their campaign with a 2-0 defeat to hosts Vietnam, followed by a loss to Yemen in their second, and most crucial, group fixture.
A total of 44 teams, divided into eleven groups, are competing in the qualification phase. The eleven group winners, along with the four best runners-up and hosts Saudi Arabia, will advance to the 16-team final round to be held in January next year.
