The Bangladesh Olympic Association (BOA) will hold its next executive committee election on 29 November.
The date was confirmed at an Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting at the Kurmitola Golf Club’s Banquet Hall in Dhaka Cantonment on Thursday. BOA president and Army Chief Waker-Uz-Zaman presided over the session.
During the meeting, members also unanimously approved the association’s proposed constitution. It will now be sent to the International Olympic Committee for vetting in line with regulatory requirements.
A total of 85 members of the executive committee and general assembly attended the gathering.
