Asiatic 3sixty launched “Her aSHEatic Circle”, a dedicated platform for women employees aimed at fostering creative and professional development, at Batighar Art Space in Banani, Dhaka, bringing together employees, leaders and creative professionals for a programme of dialogue, performances and networking activities, said in a press release.
The initiative, launched on 15 June 2026, is designed as a year-round engagement platform focusing on skill development, knowledge sharing, career growth, lifestyle exchange, work-life balance and employee well-being, while also addressing workplace equity, legal rights awareness, financial literacy and mental health support.
The launch event featured interactive networking sessions, an audio-visual storytelling presentation outlining the platform’s vision, and cultural performances by female employees showcasing creative diversity within the organisation.
Speaking at the event, Sriya Sharbojoya, Deputy Managing Director of Asiatic 3sixty, said the initiative is more than a networking platform, describing it as a community where women can share experiences and grow collectively across current and former employees.
Sara Zaker, Chairperson of Asiatic 3sixty, said empowerment is shaped through shared knowledge and collective experience, adding that “Her aSHEatic Circle” reflects the intellectual and creative synergy women contribute to organisational culture.
The platform will operate through both digital and offline forums to ensure continuous engagement, with plans for workshops, cultural events, creative showcases and leadership sessions throughout the year aimed at strengthening collaboration and inclusion within the workplace.
