Emerging Bangladeshi singer Angel Noor is making waves once again, this time by stepping into playback singing for a web film. His latest track, ‘Tomar Preme Jonmechi’, was released on the YouTube channel of DramaBuzz.
The song is part of the soundtrack for the web film ‘Tumito Cholei Jabe’, starring Khairul Basar and Arpita Mitra. Penned by lyricist Yasir Mahmud Khan, the track features musical arrangements by Pavel Arin, with the original tune composed by Asif Altaf.
Director Masum Shahriar has also produced a dedicated video for the song, blending scenes from the film with footage of Angel Noor performing. Both the artist and producers are optimistic that the romantic number will resonate widely with audiences.
In addition to his playback debut, Angel Noor has been praised recently for his cover of the classic song ‘Ami Cheye Cheye Dekhi Sharadin’ by Shyamal Mitra.
Originally written by Gauriprasanna Majumdar and composed by Mitra, the timeless piece has been reinterpreted with fresh arrangements by Shishir Ahmed.
