Ananta Real Estate Ltd has appointed Md Alinur Rahman as its chief executive officer as the company advances its premium residential business under Ananta Group.
Rahman brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in Bangladesh’s real estate and construction sector, with expertise spanning sales and marketing, engineering, construction management, customer experience and project development, the company said in a statement on Sunday.
It said his experience in driving operational excellence and business growth would support the company’s strategy of strengthening innovation, quality and sustainable growth.
Ananta Real Estate is a concern of Ananta Group, one of Bangladesh’s largest ready-made garment exporters, with annual turnover exceeding $500 million and a workforce of more than 35,000.
The company is developing Ananta Terraces, a luxury residential project spread over more than 45 bighas of land, with 64 per cent allocated as open space.
According to the company, Ananta Terraces is Bangladesh’s first LEED Platinum-registered luxury residential project, designed with a focus on architectural excellence, high construction standards, environmental sustainability and community living.
The company said the project reflects Ananta Group’s ambition to expand its presence in the premium real estate market by developing world-class residential communities.
