The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) on Sunday launched a redesigned official website to modernise its digital services and improve access to regulatory information for investors and capital market stakeholders.
The new platform provides access to securities laws and regulations, enforcement actions, commission notices, tender announcements, office orders, registered stakeholder lists, IPO and RPO prospectuses and other regulatory updates.
BSEC said the website will allow investors, market intermediaries and general users to obtain information and services more efficiently.
The initiative was led by BSEC’s IT Division with technical support from a technology partner. It was developed under the leadership of BSEC Chairman Masud Khan and supervision of Commissioner Tanvir Habib Rahman.
The regulator said the website follows global standards used by leading securities market authorities, featuring enhanced cybersecurity, a modern interface and easier navigation.
BSEC expects the platform to improve information flow, expand investor-focused services and strengthen transparency and accountability in the capital market.
The new website is available at https://sec.gov.bd.
