A court has issued arrest warrants against former foreign minister M Morshed Khan, his wife Nasrin Khan, son Faisal Morshed Khan, along with 3 Singaporean citizens and 1 Japanese citizen, in a case involving a Tk49 crore loan default to UCBL.
Judge Mujahidur Rahman of Dhaka’s Money Loan Court-5 issued the order on Thursday.
