Eastern Housing Ltd has recommended a 20 per cent cash dividend for the year ended 30 June 2026.
The company reported earnings per share of Tk6.66 in FY26, down from Tk8.27 a year earlier, while net asset value per share rose to Tk94.15 at the end of June, according to a regulatory disclosure published by the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Tuesday.
Net operating cash flow per share turned negative at Tk7.43, compared with a positive Tk2.90 in the previous year.
The company said the decline in cash flow was mainly due to higher investment in inventory, particularly land, and increased working-capital requirements, which led to significantly higher cash outflows.
Eastern Housing will hold its annual general meeting on 22 December 2026, while the record date has been set for 29 October.
Eastern Housing shares, with a face value of Tk10 each, closed 5.44 per cent lower at Tk78.20 on the DSE on Tuesday.
