Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) PLC held a Strategic Conclave with its Chattogram Region in Chattogram on Saturday at a local hotel in a hybrid model to formulate business strategies for branches and strengthen customer service excellence, said a press release on Monday.
DBBL Managing Director and CEO Md Ahteshamul Haque Khan attended the event as chief guest.
He said DBBL has undertaken various strategies to become the trusted partner for its customers. The CEO highlighted several strategic priorities, including a client caring mentality, to ensure service excellence, and urged all participants to contribute more effectively towards achieving the bank’s strategic objectives and strengthening its position in the industry.
Branch Managers of Chattogram Region presented their respective strategies in the conclave and assured the management of achieving their business targets through excellent customer service.
The senior management team also shared their observations and provided guidance on improving customer service and achieving business targets.
Officials of branches and sub-branches, Regional Heads of Rocket and agent banking and ADC supervisors of the region participated in the conclave online.
