Rupali Bank signs Visa agreement for card business
Rupali Bank PLC has recently signed an agreement with Visa aimed at expanding its Visa card business and further digital payment services in Bangladesh. Rupali Bank PLC has recently signed an agreement with Visa aimed at expanding Rupali Bank’s Visa card business and further digital payment services in Bangladesh.

The agreement sets out a long-term framework for the growth of Rupali Bank’s Visa card portfolio across both consumer and commercial segments, with a focus on introducing innovative card products and services and delivering a seamless experience to customers, said a press release on Wednesday.

Rupali Bank MD Kazi Md Wahidul Islam and Visa Country Manager for Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh Sabbir Ahmed exchanged the signed documents.

Rupali Bank Deputy Managing Director Tahmina Akter, Rupali Bank General Managers Hasan Tanvir and Harunur Rashid, and Visa Director of Business Development South Asia Arifur Rahman were also present at the agreement signing programme.
