ZONTA Club of Dhaka IV officially inaugurated its new board for the biennium 2026-2028 at a formal installation ceremony held at the Baridhara Diplomatic Enclave Club in Dhaka on Wednesday.
Past and present District 25 dignitaries attended the ceremony, reads a press release.
District 25 Governor Ztn Dr Zareen Delawar administered the pledge of all officers and directors of the newly formed board.
The insignia was presented by outgoing President Ztn Naheed Shaheen to incoming President Ztn Sania B Mahtab.
In her acceptance speech, Ztn Dr Sania B Mahtab highlighted the importance of unity and togetherness for the betterment of women and girls.
The ceremony also featured a symbolic candle lighting and cake cutting ceremony to welcome the new board.
It concluded in a celebratory atmosphere, reaffirming members’ shared commitment to the principles and global advocacy mission of Zonta International.
