RSGT Bangladesh has distributed medical supplies and travel document bags among Hajj pilgrims departing from Shah Amanat International Airport ahead of their journey to Saudi Arabia.

The initiative was organised to support pilgrims travelling to perform Hajj by improving their preparedness, comfort and overall well-being during the journey, the company said.

RSGT, the first international terminal operator in Bangladesh run by a Saudi-owned company, said the programme reflects its commitment to humanitarian values, community welfare and corporate social responsibility.

RSGT CEO Erwin Haaze said the company believes meaningful progress comes through combining business excellence with social responsibility.

He said supporting Hajj pilgrims undertaking a spiritually significant journey was both an honour and privilege for the company, adding that the initiative reflected its values of compassion, care and humanitarian commitment.

Representatives of RSGT, led by Sayed Aref Sarwar, alongside airport officials and volunteers, took part in the distribution programme and exchanged greetings and prayers with pilgrims before departure.

The company said it would continue undertaking initiatives aimed at strengthening community engagement and contributing to sustainable development in Bangladesh.
