Three people died from Covid-19 while 19 others were infected across the country in the last 24 hours till Monday morning.
Among the three, two deaths were reported from Chattogram division while the other person was from Dhaka division.
According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), with the latest data, the death toll has risen to 29,518 and total number of confirmed cases in the country has reached 20, 51,997.
A total of 406 samples were tested during 24 hours period, resulting in a daily positivity rate of 4.68%.
So far, the overall positivity rate stands at 13.05%, while the fatality rate based on detected cases remains at 1.44%.
