Banglalink has opened a new Experience Center at its headquarters in Gulshan, aiming to reshape customer service through a redesigned space focused on comfort, digital interaction and direct support.
The facility was inaugurated on Sunday at Tigers’ Den in Gulshan, the company said in a press release.
Banglalink CEO Johan Buse attended the launch along with members of the company’s leadership team.
The Experience Center has been designed around a “sanctuary” concept, replacing conventional telecom service counters with an open layout intended to make interactions between customers and service representatives easier and more collaborative.
The centre allows visitors to explore services, seek support and interact with Banglalink representatives in a more informal setting.
Several features have been introduced to improve service delivery, including a side-by-side support model that allows representatives to assist customers directly while they access services.
Dedicated digital exploration areas allow visitors to learn about Banglalink applications and digital products.
Fast-track support is available for quick service requests, while seating arrangements and a refreshment corner aim to create a more comfortable environment for visitors.
“Every customer interaction is an opportunity for us to show care,” said Banglalink Sales and Distribution Director Muhammad Mehedi Hasan.
“With the Experience Center, we wanted to create a space where people feel welcomed, valued and supported while exploring solutions and receiving assistance in a friendly environment,” he added.
Banglalink offers digital services including the MyBL super-app, entertainment platform Toffee and youth-focused lifestyle platform RYZE, and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of VEON, a Nasdaq-listed global digital operator headquartered in Dubai.
