The Election Commission (EC) has transferred 112 officials from its secretariat and field offices to various upazila and thana-level postings across the country.
An official order signed by Assistant Secretary Mohammad Shahidur Rahman was issued on Monday, directing the transfers.
According to the order, the officials have been posted to their designated stations as listed beside their names, with the assignments remaining in effect until further notice.
The directive also instructs that all transferred officials must be released from their current workplaces by 1 March. Those not formally relieved by that date will be considered automatically released.
