Twenty senior officers have been transferred and given new postings in the latest reshuffle in the police administration.
The Public Security Division of the Home Ministry issued two separate notifications in this regard on Sunday.
Those transferred include one additional inspector general, seven additional deputy inspector generals, four additional superintendents of police, seven superintendents of police and one deputy police commissioner.
