Two children have died showing symptoms of measles at Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital within the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths in the Barisal division to 31.
According to Barisal Divisional Health Office, 4,055 individuals in the division have been affected by measles symptoms to date. Of these, 3,560 patients have recovered and returned home. Among the total cases, 133 have been confirmed as measles.
