Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has dismissed rumours circulating online about his death, appearing in a new video alongside the United States Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee.
The video surfaced after days of speculation surrounding Netanyahu’s absence from public view, along with misleading social media posts alleging he appeared with “six fingers” in earlier footage.
Addressing the claims directly, Netanyahu told Huckabee, “Yes, Mike. Yes, I’m alive,” while also joking about ongoing Israeli strikes targeting Iranian figures, including Ali Larijani.
During the exchange, Huckabee remarked in a light-hearted tone that US President Donald Trump had sent him to check on Netanyahu’s wellbeing.
Netanyahu, in response, praised the joint efforts of the United States and Israel against Iran, saying, “We are very proud to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with them and get rid of these lunatics who would like to develop nuclear weapons.”
In recent days, conspiracy theories have spread widely online, driven by claims that earlier footage of Netanyahu had been digitally altered to show him with “six fingers.” Prior to this latest appearance, Netanyahu had also released a video filmed at a café, where he jokingly addressed the rumours while reaffirming his continued commitment to his duties.
