United Finance Limited marked International Women’s Day 2026 with a series of programmes across its branches and offices, recognising the contributions of women employees to the organisation’s 36-year journey.
Senior management expressed appreciation for the dedication and resilience of women colleagues, saying their role has been significant in shaping the company’s growth, the financial institution said.
United Finance Managing Director Mohammad Rafiqul Islam thanked women team members for their contributions and encouraged greater participation of women in diverse roles across the organisation.
He also reaffirmed the company’s commitment to maintaining a supportive and inclusive workplace that promotes women’s safety, empowerment and wellbeing.
Rafiqul Islam urged employees to continue expanding financial services for women customers, saying the institution aims to strengthen women’s economic participation and financial independence.
