Unilever Consumer Care PLC has recommended a 420 per cent or Tk42 per share in cash dividend for the year ended in December 2025.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the company’s board of directors, according to a disclosure published on Sunday.
The company will hold its annual general meeting on May 18 at 11:00 am, while the record date for dividend entitlement has been set for April 6.
Unilever Consumer Care reported earnings per share of Tk41.21 for 2025, up from Tk34.62 recorded in the previous year.
However, its net asset value per share declined to Tk116.30 for the year ended December 31, 2025, compared with Tk126.83 a year earlier.
Net operating cash flow per share also fell sharply to a negative Tk21.54 from a positive Tk25.62 in the previous year, according to the disclosure.
Unilever Consumer Care shares dropped 4.78 per cent to Tk2,050 on the Dhaka Stock Exchange on Sunday.
