Trust Bank PLC has inaugurated its relocated Radisson Blu Chattogram Bay View Hotel Branch at new premises within the Radisson Blu Chattogram Bay View Hotel in Chattogram, as part of its efforts to strengthen customer service and expand its banking footprint.
The branch was formally inaugurated on June 17 by General Waker-Uz-Zaman, SBP, OSP, SGP, psc, Chairman of Trust Bank PLC and Chief of Army Staff of the Bangladesh Army, according to a press release. Major General Mohd Hossain Al Morshed, ndc, afwc, psc, Vice Chairman of Trust Bank PLC and Adjutant General of the Bangladesh Army, attended the ceremony.
The relocation reflects the bank’s continuing focus on enhancing customer access to banking services and improving operational convenience for clients in Chattogram.
Trust Bank said the relocated branch has been equipped with modern facilities and a customer-centric environment aimed at providing comprehensive banking solutions more efficiently.
Ahsan Zaman Chowdhury, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Trust Bank PLC, was present at the inauguration alongside senior officers of the Bangladesh Army, senior executives and officials of the bank, and other distinguished guests.
The bank said the upgraded branch will offer customers a broader range of services with improved convenience and efficiency from its new location at one of Chattogram’s leading hospitality and commercial destinations.
Trust Bank has been expanding and modernising its service network as part of a broader strategy to strengthen customer engagement and support growing demand for banking services across the country.
The relocation of the Radisson Blu Chattogram Bay View Hotel Branch forms part of that effort, with the bank aiming to deliver enhanced service standards through modern infrastructure and improved customer facilities.
Senior representatives from the bank and the Bangladesh Army attended the inauguration ceremony, marking the formal opening of the relocated branch and its commencement of operations from the new premises.
