Travis Kelce had a heartwarming moment at Arrowhead Stadium on March 23 when he spotted a portrait of fiancée Taylor Swift during his return to the Kansas City Chiefs. The 36-year-old tight end had come to sign a new three-year, $57.7 million contract through 2028, with $12 million guaranteed for 2026.
In a video shared by the Chiefs on Instagram, Kelce paused to wave and say, “Hey, sweetie! How are you?” to the portrait of Swift performing at the venue in July 2023, the concert that helped spark their relationship.
The clip also showed Kelce receiving a surprise FaceTime call from teammate Patrick Mahomes and signing his contract with GM Brett Veach and Coach Andy Reid.
Kelce, who proposed to Swift in August 2024, previously credited his fiancée with inspiring his decision to play another season. “Her dedication to her craft is motivating,” he said on The Pat McAfee Show. “It makes me want to keep going and see what the future holds.”
