TECNO has introduced the POVA Curve 2 5G smartphone in Bangladesh, highlighting a claimed battery life of up to 72 hours on a single charge alongside flagship-style display and artificial intelligence features.
The device features an 8,000mAh battery packed into a 7.42mm slim body and supports 45W Super Charge technology with bypass charging designed to protect long-term battery health, according to the company.
TECNO said the smartphone is capable of delivering up to three days of usage under regular conditions, targeting users seeking extended battery backup without frequent charging.
The POVA Curve 2 5G comes with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display featuring a 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 4,500 nits. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, while the device carries IP64-rated dust and water resistance and SGS-certified 1.5-metre drop protection.
Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 5G processor, the phone includes a 50-megapixel FlashSnap rear camera and a 13-megapixel front camera.
The company also introduced several AI-based features under TECNO AI Ella 2.0, including AI noise cancellation for calls across platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram and Messenger, alongside AI writing, photo assistance and YouTube smart summary tools.
The smartphone is available in two variants — 128GB storage with 16GB RAM at Tk36,999 plus VAT and 256GB storage with 16GB RAM at Tk39,999 plus VAT.
TECNO said the device also includes dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, FreeLink 2.0 connectivity and Touch Transfer for switching data between Android and iOS devices.
The company added that the handset will receive two Android version upgrades and three years of security updates.
