School students and young cricket academy trainees will be able to watch both Tests of the upcoming Bangladesh-Pakistan series free of charge, the Bangladesh Cricket Board announced on Tuesday.

Pakistan arrived in Dhaka for a two-match Test series and have been in training for the past two days. The first Test begins on 8 May at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, with the second scheduled from 16 May at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium.

Students wearing their school or institution’s prescribed uniform and carrying a valid ID will be granted free entry to designated galleries at both venues. The concession extends beyond school students — trainees under the age of 15 from private cricket academies will also be eligible, provided they enter the stadium in their academy’s official attire.

For those purchasing tickets to the Mirpur Test, prices are set at 50 taka for the Eastern Gallery, 200 taka for the Club House, 300 taka for the International Gallery and 500 taka for the Grand Stand. Tickets are available at gobcbticket.com.bd.
