Standard Islami Bank PLC held its Town Hall Meeting 2026 on Friday at Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in Dhaka, bringing together branch heads and senior executives to discuss business priorities, leadership development and long-term growth strategy.
Managing Director Riad Mahmud Chowdhury presided over the meeting, with Additional Managing Director Md Siddiqur Rahman delivering the welcome address, said a press release on Saturday.
During an open forum, branch heads shared field-level insights on business experiences, operational challenges and emerging opportunities, putting forward recommendations to strengthen performance across the network.
Riad Mahmud Chowdhury assured participants their feedback would be considered in shaping the bank’s forward agenda.
He stressed on close coordination between head office and branch levels, reinforcing the bank’s commitment to Shari’ah compliance and technology-driven banking services.
