Standard Islami Bank PLC held its 423rd board meeting on 24 February 2026 at the bank’s head office boardroom in Dhaka, with Board Chairman Mohammed Abdul Aziz presiding.
Vice Chairman Gulzar Ahmed and Directors Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman, SAM Hossain, Alhaj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Md Zahedul Hoque, Ferdous Ali Khan, AKM Abdul Alim, Ashit Kumar Saha, Jhahedul Alam and Independent Director Golam Hafiz Ahmed attended the meeting.
Md Sharafat Ullah Khan, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC and Director PSD of Bangladesh Bank, was present. Acting Managing Director Md Siddiqur Rahman and Company Secretary Md Mizanur Rahman FCS also attended.
