At the National Hajj and Umrah Fair 2025 in Dhaka, the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) showcased a range of cultural and leisure travel opportunities for Bangladeshi travellers under its “Saudi, Welcome to Arabia” tourism brand.
Five local partners, including Ababil Hajj Groups, Amda Tours and Travels, and Amin Tours and Travels, presented “Umrah+” packages, offering experiences such as Saudi Red Sea cruises, city tours, and scenic getaways, giving travellers a chance to explore Saudi’s diverse attractions beyond pilgrimage sites.
Saudi Arabia plans to welcome more than 3 million Bangladeshi travellers annually by 2030. The country has streamlined visa processing for Bangladeshi nationals, offering hassle-free travel to explore both spiritual and leisure destinations.
With over 50 weekly flights between Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia, travel has been made more convenient for pilgrims and tourists alike.
