Samsung Bangladesh is offering discounts of up to Tk10,000 on its smartphones throughout February, allowing consumers to purchase their preferred devices amidst rising global handset prices due to component shortages, the company said in a press release.
The promotion includes various Galaxy models, with options for everyday use and 5G connectivity. The Galaxy A17 5G, now priced from Tk25,999 after a Tk1,500 discount, offers 5G connectivity and comes in three variants: 6GB/128GB for Tk25,999, 8GB/128GB for Tk27,999, and 8GB/256GB for Tk31,999.
The Galaxy A26 5G, priced at Tk35,999 after a Tk1,500 discount, and the Galaxy A36 5G, starting at Tk41,999 after a Tk2,000 reduction, both feature 8GB RAM for users who multitask, stream, and capture photos.
In the upper mid-range, the Galaxy A56 5G, discounted by Tk7,500, is available for Tk51,999 for the 8GB/256GB variant, with a 12GB RAM option for Tk56,999, offering smoother performance for demanding apps.
The Galaxy S25 FE, Samsung’s premium model, sees the largest price cut of Tk10,000, bringing its price to Tk89,999, featuring 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
Entry-level models, including the Galaxy A06 and A07 series, also benefit from discounts of up to Tk1,800 and Tk1,500, catering to first-time users and those seeking reliable devices.
The discounted prices are available at authorized Samsung outlets and retail partners across Bangladesh, providing an opportunity to purchase affordable options despite the rise in global prices due to RAM shortages.
