Samsung Bangladesh has launched three chest freezer models in Bangladesh, priced between Tk52,900 and Tk75,900, offering storage capacity of up to 371 litres.
The models — RI70F20, RI70F29, and RI70F37 — offer 198, 287, and 371 litres of storage respectively, targeting different household needs, the company said in a press release.
All models feature an eight-step temperature control system and an intensive cooling mode capable of reaching minus 25°C for long-term preservation of meat and fish.
The freezers come in a dark grey finish and include multi-angle hold-open doors to ease loading and unloading.
Samsung Bangladesh Director and Head of Consumer Electronics Division Shahriar Bin Lutfor unveiled the products at Electra Uttara showroom on Monday.
Samsung Bangladesh Deputy General Manager of Retail Strategy Rajib Das Gupta and Chief Manager of Product Planning Anika Rahman attended the event.
Electra International Executive Director Shahid Ahmad Abdullah, General Manager of Sales and Marketing Mohammad Mubarok Hossain, and General Manager Operations ATM Mohiuddin were also present.
“We have seen strong demand for chest freezers in Bangladesh and introduced this range to provide practical storage solutions for households,” said Samsung Bangladesh Director and Head of Consumer Electronics Division Shahriar Bin Lutfor.
