Sammilito Islami Bank PLC has begun a month-long campaign to open current and savings accounts at First Security Islami Bank, aiming to expand customer engagement and reinforce confidence in its services.
The campaign started on Wednesday at the bank’s corporate branch, according to a press release.
Sammilito Islami Bank Acting Managing Director and Bangladesh Bank Executive Director Md Shawkatul Alam inaugurated the programme as chief guest.
First Security Islami Bank Administrator and Bangladesh Bank Executive Director Muhammad Badiuzzaman Didar presided over the event.
Global Islami Bank Administrator and Bangladesh Bank Director Md Moksuduzzaman attended as special guest.
Also present were First Security Islami Bank Associate Administrators and Bangladesh Bank Additional Directors Bishwajit Kumar, Muhammad Ansarul Kabir and Mohammad Faisal Khan, alongside Associate Administrator and Bangladesh Bank Joint Director Md Omar Faruk, as well as executives, officials and clients.
Customers’ deposits remain fully safe and secure at the bank, said Sammilito Islami Bank Acting Managing Director and Bangladesh Bank Executive Director Md Shawkatul Alam.
He urged clients to continue banking with confidence and directed officials to ensure improved and more responsive customer service.
