Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor turned Anshula Kapoor and Rohan Thakkar’s wedding reception into a lively celebration as the longtime friends reunited on the dance floor and recreated the magic of their hit song Tune Maari Entriyaan.
According to Hindustan Times, videos from the star-studded reception, shared widely on social media, showed Ranveer and Arjun dancing enthusiastically to Tune Maari Entriyaan from their 2014 film Gunday. The duo matched each other’s moves, smiled throughout the performance and received loud cheers from fellow guests. Another clip captured the two actors sharing a warm hug during the celebration.
Ranveer and Arjun have remained close friends since working together in Gunday, which also starred Priyanka Chopra. Released in 2014, the action drama was a box-office success.
The reception followed Anshula Kapoor’s intimate wedding to her longtime partner, Rohan Thakkar, held in the presence of close family and friends. For the ceremony, Anshula wore a coral-and-gold bridal lehenga paired with emerald and kundan jewellery, while Rohan chose an ivory-and-gold sherwani with a matching turban.
One of the ceremony’s most emotional moments featured a framed portrait of Anshula’s late mother, Mona Shourie Kapoor, placed beside the wedding rituals. Anshula also wore personalised kaleeras, adding a meaningful touch to her bridal ensemble.
Ranveer recently delivered two box-office successes with Dhurandhar and Dhurandhar: The Revenge, both directed by Aditya Dhar. He also celebrated his birthday on Monday and will next appear in Pralay.
