Prime Video’s college drama ‘Off Campus’ will return for its second season on 28 April 2027, less than a year after the first season premiered on 13 May 2026.
As confirmed by Deadline, the show is created by Louisa Levy and based on Elle Kennedy’s bestselling ‘Off Campus’ book series, it secured an early season 2 renewal in February, three months before its debut. The quick turnaround follows strong viewership, with the series remaining among Prime Video’s 10 most-watched shows worldwide six months after its release.
According to Deadline, season 1 attracted 36 million viewers in its first 12 days, becoming the third most-watched debut season in Prime Video history and the platform’s most-watched debut season among women aged 18–34.
The series follows an elite college ice hockey team and the women in their lives as they navigate romance, heartbreak, friendship and the challenges of adulthood. Season 2 will focus on the romance between Allie Hayes, played by Mika Abdalla, and Dean Di Laurentis, played by Stephen Kalyn, based on Kennedy’s novel ‘The Mistake’.
The returning main cast includes Abdalla, Kalyn, Belmont Cameli as Garrett Graham, Ella Bright as Hannah Wells, Antonio Cipriano as John Logan and Jalen Thomas Brooks as John Tucker. Josh Heuston, who played Hannah’s crush in the first season, will not return.
India Fowler joins the main cast as Grace Ivers, John Logan’s romantic interest. Returning recurring cast members include Julia Sarah-Stone as Jules, Khobe Clarke as Beau Maxwell and Miles Gutierrez-Riley as Dexter. Phillipa Soo also joins the recurring cast as Scarlett, a theatre artist who guest-directs an original play at the college.
Charlie Evans will return as Hunter Davenport, Dean’s high school hockey rival, while Shay Rudolph joins as Dean’s younger sister, Summer. Coach Jensen actor Chad Willett, Steve Howey, who played Garrett’s father Phil, and Chelah Horsdal, who played Hannah’s mother Carrie, were not listed among the season 2 cast.
Levy serves as co-showrunner and executive producer alongside Gina Fattore. Other executive producers include Wyck Godfrey, Marty Bowen, James Seidman, Leanna Billings and Neal Flaherty, while Annika Patton serves as co-executive producer for Temple Hill.
