Oscar-winning actor Nicole Kidman and country music star Keith Urban have officially finalised their divorce, bringing an end to their 19-year marriage, court records show.
A Tennessee judge signed off on the divorce on Tuesday, January 6, more than three months after Kidman filed in September 2025, citing irreconcilable differences.
According to court documents, both Kidman, 58, and Urban, also 58, agreed to waive all rights to child and spousal support. Each will cover their own legal fees and expenses.
The settlement includes a parenting plan for their two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15. Kidman will be the primary residential parent, with the children living with her for 306 days each year. Urban will spend 59 days annually with their daughters, including alternate weekends.
Both parents share joint responsibility for major decisions regarding their children’s education, health and welfare.
The couple married in June 2006 after meeting in 2005. Their split was first announced in late 2025, surprising many fans after nearly two decades together.
Throughout the proceedings, both have emphasised a focus on co-parenting and mutual respect.
