TV actress Moushumi Hamid has announced that she is pregnant and confirmed that she has entered into her second marriage. She shared the news during a public event held on Friday, 4 July, where she also introduced her husband.
The actress surprised attendees when she revealed the update about her personal life. She identified her husband as Abdul Wadud.
Speaking at the event, Moushumi Hamid said she chose the platform deliberately to share the news in front of a large audience. She said she appeared alongside her husband to make the announcement more direct and clear.
She explained that she kept the matter private earlier due to concerns about misinformation. She said she did not want incorrect reports to spread, so she waited for the right moment to speak publicly.
She added that she and her unborn child remain in good health. She also said she is entering a new phase of life and asked everyone for prayers.
The event also revealed that this is her second marriage. However, she did not share details about when or where the marriage took place.
She said they have been married for some time and now plan to focus on their new journey as a family.
Introducing her husband, she said they have known each other as best friends for 14 years. She said their similarities brought them closer and eventually led them to marriage.
