Dhallywood actress Mondera Chakroborty has embraced the festive spirit of Durga Puja, sharing glimpses of her celebrations and a heartfelt message of peace, love and harmony with her fans on social media.
The actress has been visiting temples and puja mandaps in traditional outfits, capturing moments from the festivities and sharing them with her followers. Her posts also feature family moments and greetings for the occasion.
Mondera posted several photographs showcasing her festive looks. In one set, she wore a traditional pink katan saree with a golden border, paired with heavy gold jewellery. In other pictures, she opted for a simpler red-and-black outfit. She posed in front of Durga idols with a cheerful expression and a devotional spirit.
Alongside the photographs, Mondera offered prayers for the well-being of people and called for an end to suffering and negativity.
“Once again, Mother Durga arrives on earth amid radiant light, the sound of conch shells and the rhythm of dhak drums. I offer countless prayers at her feet. May her blessings wipe out all evil from the world, ease our sorrows and hardships, and dispel every darkness,” she wrote.
She also wished for every heart to be filled with love, peace, harmony and happiness, praying that Goddess Durga would bring good health, prosperity and lasting blessings to everyone.
