The track was recorded on Wednesday night, 21 October, at Tanpura Recording Studio in Moghbazar, Dhaka. Lyricist Kabir Bakul wrote the song for the film, which Mehedi Hasan directs.
Speaking about his return to film music, Monir said he had thoroughly enjoyed the experience of singing for a movie again after such a long interval.
