Five more children have died from measles and measles-like symptoms in the 24 hours until 8:00am Thursday, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
Of the latest deaths, one has been confirmed as measles.
During the same period, 125 confirmed measles cases and 1,170 suspected cases were reported across the country.
The DGHS said 18,845 suspected patients have so far been hospitalised. Of them, 15,728 have recovered.
Between 15 March and 23 April, 39 deaths have been confirmed as measles, while another 194 deaths have been recorded as suspected cases.
